We live in a technosocial era where technology and humanity are increasingly intertwined. Automation, artificial intelligence, and digital platforms are revolutionizing how we work. Yet, amidst this rapid innovation, essential questions must not be overlooked: How do we create workplaces where everyone — regardless of their identity — feels safe, visible, and valued?

This talk explores why true diversity is crucial for success in a technologized working world and how companies can foster innovation while putting people at the center. Only a work culture that unites technological excellence with lived diversity can shape a future where everyone can realize their full potential.
