What does it take to queer the system in one of Europe’s largest energy companies? At E.ON, it started with a bold vision from Group HR DEI and the Pride Network and the creation of a structured, company-wide LGBT+ Roadmap. With the huge support of the volunteers of the Pride network, we are now delivering this roadmap together with two DEI colleagues and the full support of the Pride Network— backed by board-level sponsorship and real resources. From launching a DEI survey pilot to hosting our first-ever LGBT+ employee conference, this is our story of strategy, visibility, and sparking meaningful change from the inside out.

At E.ON, he leads the LGBT+ Roadmap, working across teams to build a more inclusive and workplace where everyone feels like they belong. Known for his warmth, creativity, and get-things-done spirit, Danny brings people together to turn ideas into action. He is an active member of the E.ON Pride network.
When he’s not driving culture shifts, you’ll find him leading Les Mills fitness class, connecting with nature, or planning his next travel adventure.
