Women in Trade (WIT)
WIT (Women in Trade) is the employee network of METRO GROUP that works to systematically support and promote the professional growth of females at METRO GROUP. WIT is an international effort and is open to all dedicated and ambitious female colleagues in the company.
LEAD NETWORK (LEAD)
Since 2016, METRO has been a member of the LEAD Network. This European network seeks to promote female management personnel in the retail and consumer goods industry. The acronym LEAD stands for Leading Executives Advancing Diversity. The aim is to win over women for the sector and actively support them in their career paths – for example, through qualification and management personnel development.
