Unite EMEA is an Avery Dennison employee resource group that supports the LGBT+ and ally community. Offered as a safe space, Unite is an in-person and virtual community where employees can network, find and share support, and discuss issues important to LGBT+ and allied employees in every location.

Our Mission:

We work to promote activities within Avery Dennison that raise awareness about our LGBT+ community, provide support and networking opportunities for our members and allies, and partner with the company’s leadership teams to define and implement corporate diversity initiatives, in an effort to make Avery Dennison a more inclusive and safe work environment for LGBT+ talent.
