Bea Schwaiger is a coach for identity, self-discovery and resilience. She supports Gen Y women and FLINTA* who find themselves caught between expectations, old roles and the desire to truly be themselves. In her coaching sessions, she creates a safe space to guide her clients in their process of finding inner clarity, recognising new opportunities and shaping their own paths – both professionally and privately.
With her background as a psychological counsellor and personal & business coach, Bea works with scientifically based methods in a resource- and solution-oriented manner and with a deep understanding of the challenges facing her generation: pressure to perform and meet expectations, the search for meaning and the question of authenticity in a world full of “shoulds”.
