Our Interview Lounge is located in the exhibitor hall and offers job seekers the opportunity to meet representatives of the exhibiting companies in a personal interview. We have set up two interview booths on site for this purpose.
To get the chance to get to know each other and be invited to the interview lounge by an exhibiting company, select the ticket for job seekers when you register. Here you answer ten short questions about your job expectations and add a link to your CV.

We will send this information two weeks before the festival to the employers who will be attending STICKS & STONES in Cologne on February 8, 2025. The companies will then have the opportunity to invite you to an interview by email after reviewing all the answers.
