Dear exhibitors, we carefully set up this portal to provide you with all the important information and deadlines for STICKS & STONES. The portal is intended to be the first point of contact for all your questions and to ensure a smooth and carefree organization of the fair.
Disclaimer: Please note that the deadlines we communicate here are binding. If these deadlines are not met, we cannot guarantee that the services in your package will be fully provided. For example, if we receive your exhibitor profile too late, this will delay publication on our website. We cannot refund for missed deadlines.

Our exhibitors list is the first point of contact for our visitors to get in touch with you. Use the form linked below to submit your company information so that we can publish your profile if it`s not yet done.
Don’t have all the information yet? In this case, send us your logo in high resolution and we will place this on our website.
Do you want your profile information to be changed? You can send the corrected data to Julia via Mail (please note that we cannot do this more than once).

Let us know which of your employees will be at your stand on the day of the fair.
Depending on the package, the following number of employees can look after your digital stand on the day of the event:
Chief Executive – 10| Executive – 8| Senior – 6| Junior – 4 | Beginner – 2
ADDITIONAL accesses can be booked for 50€/person.

You have the opportunity to access the CVs of the SXS visitors, to filter interesting profiles and to write to suitable candidates in advance of the event and invite them to your stand. You can find more information about the objectives and procedure of this popular and much-used package service in our Guide to the CV Booklet.
In order for you to be able to use the CV booklet, we need the signed confidentiality agreement from you: Please send us the signed form, which mainly contains provisions on the use of the data, by September 27th, 2022.

Do you want to offer a CV check to visitors at your booth? Then our guests have the opportunity to get to know you and get feedback on their CV from you. This is a good way to increase awareness of your status and attract talent. A maximum of 10 companies can offer a CV check at STICKS & STONES (first come, first served). Please fill out the form below.

As part of your media services in your trade fair package, you can publish an article on the SXS Blog , which we will share via our social media channels shortly before the event.
In principle, you are free to design the content. You can refer to your trade fair appearance or presentation, or deal with another topic related to careers, work and LGBTIQ+ diversity.

Similar to the SXS blog article, the SXS greeting is another way to draw attention to your participation in the trade fair. In a short, informal video or image you can address the SXS audience, point out your participation, your lecture and other offers at your stand and invite the participants to visit you on the day of the fair.
To send us the video file (.mp4 or .mov portrait format, max. 60 seconds long, max. 4 GB file size) or the image (png. or jpeg., 1080×1080), please Mail us a link to the file hosting platform you use (e.g. WeTransfer).
We will publish this via our social media channels.

As Chief Executive, you have the opportunity to send us three of your job postings, which we will advertise separately through the SXS channels. As an Executive you can send us two of your job advertisements. Please contact Julia by Mail by the deadline to clarify further details if you would like to make use of this service.
As part of your SXS package, you can post job ads on the Proudr job portal.
All you have to do is post your first job ad. Your profile will then be created automatically and you will receive the login data for your profile via email, where you can edit or delete your job advertisements. As long as you use the same computer and/or address, all future job postings will be published under the same profile.
Depending on the package, you can post the following number of job postings:

All chief executive and executive packages include a talk in our speakers program. The other packages can book a talk as an additional service. Are you going to give a talk? In thise case, please check our guide for SXS talks and hand in your talk via our form:
