We are happy that you support our vision and join SXS as a speaker! On this page we provide you with the most important information to make your talk a success. For this we rely on the experience we have gained over the last ten years and would like to share it with you.
SXS BERLIN JUNE ’22
➡️ STICKS & STONES takes place on June 11, 2022, from 9 AM to 17 PM at Verti Music Hall Berlin.
➡️ The speakers program takes place from 11 AM to 17 Uhr PM.
Schedule:
- 10 am: Opening of the event
- 10 am – 17 pm: Exhibitors booths are open
- 11 am – 17 pm: Speakers program
- 17 am: End of the event
- 22 am: After show party

Have you already promoted your talk? Help us to become more visible and share your talk in your social media bubble! For the postings we provide you with the following visuals:
According to official guidelines, our event is no longer subject to Corona restrictions. However, the pandemic is not over yet and therefore we would like to call for some precautions to keep the risk of infection as low as possible.
We recommend these four measures:
- Please get tested for Corona beforehand.
- If you have any signs of a cold, please refrain from attending our event.
- Avoid hand contact (elbow greeting instead) or disinfect your hands afterwards.
- In general, we recommend wearing an FFP2 mask indoors. Our team will also be present wearing masks.
We provide all our speakers with free catering on the event day. You will receive a catering wristband at the entrance. You are on our VIP list, so just say hello at our front desk, and we will direct you to your stage. 🙂
Do you want to change the title, description, or other details of your talk? Feel free to send us your wishes by email.
The following information concerns all speakers who want to use slides for their presentation! After a last briefing with the location, there have been some changes in terms of technical equipment that I want to address:
- If you want to be on the safe side, send us your presentation slides in advance via email. Preferably as early as possible. The last possible date is June 9, 2022 at 6:00 pm!
- On the event day, we will be using Windows PCs. Thus, we need your presentation in PowerPoint or PDF format. (Screen format: 16:9 widescreen)
- You can also bring your slides on your on USB stick but in this case we cannot test them beforehand!
