Aufgaben

Overall purpose of the job: • Support CPA EMEA leader and the COMPACT (Communications & Public Affairs Core Team) with professional project management and identify and drive critical initiatives • Deliver strategically important cross-sector and/or Enterprise projects with respect to timing, quality and budget requirements • Support the transformation and strengthening of CPA through strategic support and by driving change within function • Ensure a seemless alignment and cooperation between different CPA departments at EMEA and OpCo level Responsibilities / Principal Duties (Essential Functions): • Prepare and coordinate agenda, content and speakers of COMPACT (CPA Leadership Team) Meetings and WebEx’, prepare the minutes and oversee the deadlines and accountabilities • Participate in shaping of the recommendations and/or solutions of COMPACT meetings, providing valuable insights to the discussions • Provide consistency, facilitate collaboration, challenge decisions of the COMPACT team and ensure progress against project schedules • Develop Project Charters and Implementation Plans • Drive the initiatives that elevate and advance the CPA function (development programs, talent agenda) • Shape closer connection and alignment across the CPA departments (e.g. planning and execution of CPA meetings/conferences) • Manage Project Team(s) without direct line authority • Support and manage cross sector / Enterprise initiatives in close alignment with Leader Brand & Corporate Communications & Public Affairs and/or other related functions • Develop, track and report key project/programme performance indicators (KPI’s) during project implementation and post-delivery KPI’s to track full benefits delivery. • Ensure full and transparent communications during project implementation and visibility of benefits post implementation. • Maintain engagement of all stakeholders throughout project lifecycles • Develop and execute communication to critical stakeholder (e.g. the ELT, Global functional LT etc.) about progress and successes of the function in driving growth and supporting Janssen One • Provide guidance and support to key cross functional and/or cross regional teams to foster collaboration between EMEA and the OpCos

Qualifikationen

• A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree is required. An advanced degree is preferred. • Knowledge and understanding of Project/ Management and Change Management methodologies • Exceptional interpersonal and leadership skills. • Structured approach to problem solving in complex and ambiguous situations. • Ability to combine the strategic dimension with detail orientation knowing when to operate in either or both. • Strong analytical skills • Able to manage multiple projects within a complex and changing environment • Strong presentation skills • Positive attitude to change • 8+ years industry/working experience, incl. minimum of 2+ years experience in project management • 5+ years working experience in Corporate or Brand Communications is preferred Die Förderung und Entwicklung unserer Mitarbeiter/innen sind zentrale Werte unserer Unternehmenskultur.
