Allianz Managed Operations & Services SE Head of HR IT Platform Management (m/f/d) in Group HR Job Purpose/Role The Operational Management department is responsible for setting and driving the AZ group-wide HR OM agenda which includes HR Portfolio Management, HR IT Platform Management, HR Processes, Data and Risk Management as well as Project Management. Together with the HR Global Architect, OM maintains and develops the architecture of the HR Operating Model technology, process and data in line with the organizational setup. The Head of HR IT Platform Management (ITPM) is reporting to the Global Head of HR Operational Management (OM) and is responsible for management of unified global HR IT landscape and driving the efficiency and effectiveness for all HR IT platform operational activities in strong alignment with the HRT project. Key Responsibilities Responsible for maintaining unified global HR IT landscape (HR IT platforms & applications run) Sets strategy and global governance for HR IT platforms based on global HR priorities Sets overall global HR IT Architecture (incl. systems landscape, technology, interaction, process) in cooperation with other HR Operations functions (i.e. HR Global Architect and other OM functions) Responsible for the governance structure and standards to manage HR IT platforms on global, regional and local level (guidelines, standards and processes) Manages escalation of HR IT platform-related cases Responsible for global monitoring and reporting standards to steer the performance of HR IT Platforms (i.e. KPIs, SLAs) Sets global guideline, standard and processes on how local, regional and global legacy systems are evaluated. Recommends legacy systems decommissioning and executes decisions Accountable for defining and scheduling the HR IT systems releases, in conjunction with the Global Architect, process owners and AZ Technology Direct people responsibility towards direct reports based on People Attributes incl. setting performance targets, performance reviews, developing people and encouraging „leadership as a profession“ Manages relationship to relevant internal and external stakeholders (e.g. Allianz Technology, SAP) and monitors performance of AZ Technology Key Requirements/Skills/Experience Qualification Studies on business Administration, Informatics Science or Engineering HR IT Systems knowledge (e.g. SAP, SF, Oracle) Thorough understanding of HR processes in a global company Ability to identify system interlinkages and foresee the impact of decommission / adding new systems to the global HR IT landscape as applicable Excellent oral and written communication skills in English, additional languages optional Experience & Key skills 8-10 years of working experience IT Platform Management role, ideally dealing with HR tools in a leadership position Deep functional expertise in working with Global IT landscape (architecture) Experience and proven track record in managing multiple projects General HR knowledge (understanding of HR processes, i.e. Recruitment, Talent Management, Learning, Compensation and Performance) will be a plus Experienced people leader Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with various stakeholders (HR and IT) on different level of seniority Strong business awareness & customer orientation Reference Code AZSE-5461824-2 Allianz is the home for those who dare – a supportive place where you can take the initiative to grow and to actively strengthen our global leadership position.
