These proposals should consist of business models, programs and services that generate stronger partnerships with our customers and secures long term collaboration. The Value Added Services team develops and implements solutions that provide differentiated value to the customer and which enable J&J Medical Devices to enter into strategic partnerships with key customers and to realize business goals. #Develop & implement the marketing & communication strategy for CareAdvantage and all the individual solutions & capabilities within the portfolio #Harmonize solutions value propositions and messaging, clear communication of features and benefits of solutions to internal and external stakeholders #Develop pricing strategy in coordination with the solutions managers #Create marketing campaigns, marketing materials and customer presentations for solutions #Responsible for internal training on solutions #Support Strategic Account Management and franchise sales teams in sales processes #Customer Insights and Analytics: Gain deep market insight and understanding within the solutions field; identify customer insights and market trends including relationships with customers and influencers that enhance delivery of solutions strategy; market research #Translate key stakeholder insights into strategies that meet customer and business needs #Competitive assessments #Key Opinion Leaders management #Professional Education activities, develop and promote reference centers #Manage congress presence & symposiums, ensure integration into corporate touch points, i.e. PR, trade shows, etc. #Organize the introduction of new solutions in coordination with the solutions managers #Measure and benchmark within medtech and other industries for best in class practices for solutions that transform care pathways delivering real value #Integral role in shaping the future J&J MD Value Creation portfolio #Support selected solutions development projects
Personality #Excellent internal and external communicator across multidisciplinary teams #Strong project management orientation with the ability to plan, prioritize and manage complex list of projects to completion #Hands-on and can-do mentality, enjoys working in a team, but can also work autonomously and remotely as an individual #Proactive problem-solving ability, ability to develop and implement creative and comprehensive solutions Qualifications #5+ years business experience in sales and or marketing in medical device or pharmaceutical sector #Degree in business, science, medicine or other related discipline #Familiarity with German-, Swiss-, and Austrian Healthcare & Reimbursement systems is an advantage #Essential languages: German and English verbal and written communication The well-being and development of our employees are central aspects of our company creed.
