#Develops, executes and owns new standardized marketing processes in close collaboration with product management (e.g. Marketing budget planning) #Leverages market and healthcare environment data and uses relevant J&J metrics (e.g. Market Share Analysis, KPI definition and tracking) to drive evidence-based decision-making. This includes completing the analysis required for forecasting, competitive analysis, segmentation, and other marketing-related activities. #Monitors and understands changes in the healthcare market (e.g. reimbursement of J&J relevant products) #Translates market dynamics into the ability to drive strategies #Develops a comprehensive concept for establishing commercial & evidence-based Value Propositions in strong x-functional collaboration (e.g. Product Management, HEMA) #Sets-up and executes a best-in-class project management, addressing overall topics within the CSS Group (e.g. project management of congresses, Professional Education and internal Training activities). Ensures integration and implementation of strategic projects and initiatives #Closely collaborates and communicates with local business partners within the CSS Group to ensure an integrated strategic approach (e.g. Product Management, EMEA Marketing, commercial and business development functions)
#A minimum of a BS/BA, MBA preferred (in business administration or related fields) #5+ years of work experience in Sales, Commercial, Marketing, Project Management or Consultancy #Excellent analytical skills and business acumen #Strong Project Management and organizational skills #Experience in process optimization and development #Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills #Courage to challenge the status quo #Knowledge of German healthcare market is a plus #Managing multiple stakeholder #Ability to develop close relationships and motivate others #Able to work effectively in a multi-disciplinary work environment #Excellent communication skills #Mother tongue or fluent in German; Fluently in English Die Förderung und Entwicklung unserer Mitarbeiter/innen sind zentrale Werte unserer Unternehmenskultur.
