And not just for our customers, but for every member of our team, too. Your tasks You will conduct audits, following the DPDHL Internal Audit DIAMOND approach. This involves developing programs and methodologies, holding interviews, and undertaking audit testing and data analysis. Your work will also encompass reviewing and documenting audit results and delivering reports. You will furthermore evaluate business processes with an eye on risk, review compliance with global policies and internal control standards, and occasionally lead small teams in tasks of limited complexity. Throughout your tenure you will identify and record best practices in business processes, internal controls and corporate governance, and present your findings in meetings and reports. Your profile University degree in economics or comparable qualification At least three years of professional experience in Big Four auditing/consulting firm or logistics business experience; proficiency in a finance or accounting function is a plus Knowledge of international accounting and internal auditing standards, CIA, CPA or ACCA certification preferred Excellent spoken and written German and English Collegial, articulate and persuasive in explaining technical issues to non-specialists; strongly analytical, responsible and able to work under pressure in a demanding environment Curious about other cultures, flexible, and willing to travel up to 50% of your time Your benefits We offer excellent social benefits, e.g. social advice, health sponsorship, a competitive salary package and great development opportunities.
