Your responsibilities

  • You will be responsible for the functional and disciplinary management of the Architecture Team for the region of Europe Africa
  • This role will include Management of processes, capabilities and structures to provide efficient support and services for IT Architecture across the Business Unit Europe Africa
  • As a Team Lead Architecture (all genders are welcome) you will develop and maintain infrastructure and applications service portfolio and roadmaps
  • You will capture the demand, design, plan and implement integrated solutions in applications and infrastructure areas
  • You will develop and coach architects in your department in professional and personal growth
  • Your responsibilities encompasses to manage timelines, budgets and risks mitigation
  • You will be responsible for regional escalations and act as a representative for IT topics in terms of architecture and architecture resource management
Your profile

  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or comparable qualification
  • Several years of experience in leading IT teams
  • Demonstrated ability to manage timelines, resources, budgets and risks
  • Appropriate technical and/or project or service management certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, ITIL) are an advantage
  • Comfortable in a multinational environment, empathic towards different cultures
  • Working knowledge of networking, infrastructure, Cloud, ERP, mobility and other cutting edge technology
  • Willingness to travel extensively in the region and across Europe
  • Fluent English skills spoken and written
