Your responsibilities

  • Overall responsibility  for Transition Management regarding BPM
  • Support the plants during the transition and audit phase
  • Coordinate & align roll-outs with certification / audit cycles under consideration of relevant norms and standards, e.g. IATF16949, ISO 14001, ISO 18001, ISO 50001
  • Coordinate, plan and drive activities related to the set-up of the future BPM organization
  • Support BPM Enablement project with operative process management know-how
  • Develop & train BPM methodology in alignment with BA BPM head
  • Methodic and integrative support of functional workstreams in facilitating cross functional  and process-related changes
Your profile

  • University degree with a technical background
  • Profound knowledge in automotive certification requirements (e.g. IATF)
  • Perennial working experience in business process management
  • Very good moderation and communication skills
  • Good knowledge in project management
  • Fluent German and English skills
