Voice Services Professional (m/f)   YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES IT Workplace is the global key enabler for Bayer employees to work, collaborate and communicate effectively and efficiently by providing an integrated and user-friendly electronic workplace. Currently, we are looking for an experienced Voice Services Professional (m/f) for the following tasks: Manage and control external service providers as part of the services supply chain Ensure security and service quality (SLA) Responsible for the telephony infrastructure (VoIP and classic telephony) in a global environment Propose and implement technical solutions to cover voice and telephone demands Contribute to the development of operational handbooks, service operation procedures in alignment with the global operation team Perform and/or control incidents, problems and change management Support and collaborate with other Business Services teams, engineering and external providers Manage voice carriers and coordinate technology changes driven by market trends (carrier- & project management) WHO YOU ARE University degree (Master) in information technology or an adequate qualification Professional work experience in IT infrastructure, voice and communication operation and carrier- & supplier management Basic experience in quality and process management (BEAM, ITIL etc.) Very broad and deep knowledge in the functional area of voice technologies and services for example in Endpoints, Software, Applications, Server, Gateways, etc. Basic knowledge in the areas of workplace technology (WLAN, LAN, AD, DNS/DHCP and site infrastructures ) Ability to work in a global team as well as to accomplish objectives despite obstacles and setbacks Aptitude to identify opportunities that benefit the customer Very good communication skills and a high level of service-/customer orientation Fluent in English and German, both written and spoken Your application Are you looking for a new challenge where you can show your passion for innovation?
