The power of an inclusive workplace
During this talk, we will go on a journey to outline the role that Delivery Hero plays in ensuring an inclusive culture at the workplace, and the effect this has had on me personally. I will share some personal anecdotes about my coming out journey and why I think that coming out, and fostering a professional culture that embraces being out, are important for all LGBT+ people.

Matthew Saliba has been with Delivery Hero since before its IPO and has witnessed its transition from a start up to a DAX company. Throughout this time Matthew has had various roles in the legal team, inlcuding, building and leading teams in Corporate and M&A Law, as well as Commercial Operational Law.
Matthew has built his career working for international companies and understands the importance of diversity, and inclusion, at the workplace. Having recently started taking a more active role in LGBT+ matters at the workplace, he is using his personal, and professional, experience to help spread the word about LGBT+ concerns.
Originally from Malta, Matthew is a lawyer by profession and has been living in Berlin for 5 and half years.
