Lilly Contino is a transgender advocate, speaker, and educator. She consults with companies worldwide on how to create more trans-inclusive workplaces and policies. Since coming out publicly in January 2022, Lilly’s trans-positive content has received over 12 million LinkedIn post impressions and 100,000 engagements and is part of LinkedIn’s Managed Power Creator Program. Lilly regularly partners with LinkedIn and other multi-billion dollar companies like WeWork to make their policies more trans-inclusive. Lilly is a highly requested international speaker. She most recently spoke about trans-inclusivity at devcom, a gaming conference hosted in Germany, and participated in Women in Gaming International’s ‘Get in the Game’ program which helps up-and-coming games-industry professionals accelerate their career. Her talks provide practical knowledge and easily applicable tools that attendees can use to make their companies more trans-inclusive. Lilly is driven by her passion for increasing upward mobility for transgender people around the world, and has quickly become a leading voice in the trans community. She is deeply committed to helping normalize and empower transgender people in the workplace.
