ZS is a professional services firm that works side by side with companies to help develop and deliver products that drive customer value and company results. From R&D to portfolio strategy, customer insights, marketing and sales strategy, operations, and technology, we leverage our deep industry expertise and leading-edge analytics to create solutions that work in the real world. Our most valuable asset is our people—a fact that’s reflected in our values-driven organization in which new perspectives are integral and new ideas are celebrated. ZSers are passionately committed to helping companies and their customers thrive in industries ranging from healthcare, life sciences, and pharma. ZS has three core values that are at the heart of everything that we do: Treat People Right, Get It Right, and Do The Right Thing. Having a diverse and inclusive culture is naturally aligned with the powerfully simple values by which we live. Our principles-over-policies philosophy ensures opportunities are abundant, and all ZSers are treated with care on an individual level. We honor the visible and invisible elements of our identities, personal experiences and belief systems—the ones that comprise us as individuals, shape who we are and make us unique.

Why we are partner of STICKS & STONES

At ZS, diversity, equity and inclusion go well beyond what meets the eye. We welcome and celebrate the visible and invisible elements of our identities, experiences, and belief systems. We’ve made it our priority to foster a culture where every person receives support based on their respective needs, feels heard and respected, and is enabled to thrive. We have partnered with Sticks & Stones to meet like-minded talent, who are interested to learn more about our business and initiatives. Sticks & Stones have hosted us previously, and the event was a huge success for us.
