My name is Maarten Eddes (he/him), I'm the EMEA DE&I Leader for Avery Dennison and based in Oegstgeest, the Netherlands. With 25+ years of finance and procurement experience under my belt in various countries, I decided to change my career and become the EMEA Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Leader in May 2021. I'm excited about this change and my new role fits me perfectly. The combination of being raised as the son of a Holocaust survivor and being part of the LGBTQI+ family I have a feeling for social injustice.
