Proud Heroes
Delivery Hero’s Proud Heroes began as a Workplace Group where 120 members from our offices around the world published LGBTQ related updates and shared information about local events and happenings in their communities.
In October 2019 an official LGBTQ committee of 20 grew from this Workplace group, with a core team of 6 focused on raising awareness and creating events for and with our Delivery Hero LGBTQ community and their allies. The committee meets once a month to discuss LGBTQ oriented topics and plan LGBTQ oriented events.
Delivery Hero’s Proud Heroes are committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive work environment for our LGBTQIA+ community.

Our LGBTIQ+ Nwtwork
The Proud Heroes Community at Delivery Hero started in November 2019. We are a group of queers and allies who aim to increase awareness of LGBTQIA+ issues and related topics of interest in the workplace and create a truly inclusive culture at Delivery Hero. We meet frequently to organize LGBTQIA+ related events, foster deep connections between members, dev, and plan initiatives. Since the beginning, our Proud Heroes Community has served as a hub for LGBTQIA+ Heroes and allies alike to drive bottom-up efforts – helping contribute to a more inclusive culture at Delivery Hero. Through their principles of educating the extended community, planning initiatives, and staying connected, our Proud Heroes cultivate a space to be who we are and fully express ourselves knowing that our differences are welcome and supported.
