CHILDCARE REGISTRATION

Please note the following information in advance:

We use this form to collect all the information we need to plan and implement childcare. Your information will be used exclusively for this purpose.

  • The care is free of charge and will be provided by heycare between 10am and 9pm.
  • You can register children between 3 (diaper-free) and 12 years.
  • Spaces are limited and will be allocated on a first come, first served basis.
  • To ensure childcare takes place in the most stress-free environment possible, the room is located backstage (accessible via a staircase, therefore not barrier-free). On the day of the event, please register with your child(ren) at our backstage registration point at the time you specified (see below).
  • Please bring snacks for the child(ren).
  • The room is equipped with a refrigerator.
  • Water is available for the children in the room.
  • Restrooms are located nearby in the backstage area.
