As a special needs teacher, developmental therapist and long-standing headteacher, I combine therapeutic tools with a systemic perspective on schools, politics and the world of work. I know the system. I know its weak points. And I shift perspectives – because that is exactly where change begins.

What I’ve learnt in the process: those who truly understand people also change institutions. Today, I support individuals, teams and organisations not in managing diversity – but in using it for what it is: the norm.

What drives me: understanding the uniqueness of every person – not in spite of, but because of their diversity.
