Please note that completing and submitting the online form constitutes a binding booking, which is valid even without a signature. To finalise the booking, you must accept the UHLALA Group’s Terms and Conditions by ticking the relevant box. Once the booking has been successfully completed, you will receive an order summary by email. There is no right of withdrawal.

1. CATERING

Please let us know how many catering wristbands you would like to reserve.
With a catering wristband, you can get the following drinks at the bar all day long:
Coffee and specialty coffees, tea (black, peppermint, fruit tea), water (still and sparkling), soft drinks (Fanta, Coca-Cola, Coca-Cola Zero, Sprite, Lift)

The catering package also includes the following meals:

Lunch (12:00 PM – 3:00 PM)

Main courses (hearty dishes with rice):
  • Indy (vegan) – Tofu cubes in a creamy curry-coconut sauce with rice
  • Peanuty (vegan) – Tofu in a creamy peanut sauce with peanuts, cilantro, chili, and lemon
  • Mushroomy – Creamy mushroom-cashew sauce with roasted mushrooms and rice
  • Tropy – Curry-lemon-mango sauce with grilled vegetables & edamame
  • Chickpeasy – Chickpeas & spinach in red Thai curry-coconut sauce with rice

Desserts / Sweet dishes:
  • Ricy Balls (vegan) – Sticky rice balls in coconut milk with mango cream, shredded coconut & mint
  • Strawberry Cake – Strawberries with vanilla yogurt cream & madeleines
  • Nougaty – Chocolate nougat dessert with hazelnut slivers
  • Party Berry – Mixed berries with surprise cream

A catering wristband costs €49

Note: As an alternative to the catering wristband, you can also order small dishes and various drinks at the bar on-site on a pay-as-you-go basis.


2. PHOTO SERVICE

Do you want to use our photo service?
After STICKS & STONES, you will receive 15–20 photos of your booth that you can use for promotional and marketing purposes. The photos will be taken by professional photographers.


3. GOODIE BAG INLAY

Would you like to include flyers in the SXS goodie bag?
A flyer or sticker in the official goodie bag is a quick and direct way to reach all attendees. Take advantage of this opportunity to offer added value with a discount code, voucher, or call to action, and build loyalty to your company even after the trade show has ended.

• The items must arrive at the Uber Eats Music Hall via scheduled delivery on the day before the fair (June 5, 2026).

Practical giveaways or product samples end up directly in visitors’ hands and stay with them long after the trade show. Perfect for maintaining visibility in everyday life.

We kindly point out that the participating organizations will receive an invoice for the agreed conditions after ordering. Payment target: 100% within 14 days. The invoice is sent by e-mail as standard. A processing fee of EUR 50.00 will be charged for subsequent changes to the invoice. All prices quoted are exclusive of statutory VAT.
