After almost a decade in corporate world, building capabilities for career development and a solution-focused coaching training, I started offering career coaching for international students and young professionals. I hold an ACC level coaching accreditation by International Coaching Federation.

Originally from Turkey and based in Germany for the past 10 years, I experience first hand navigating environments where I feel I don’t fully belong. I face challenges with unfitting expectations from society everyday, of looks, language, gender, corporate culture. I understand how difficult it can be to find your direction when nothing seems to align. Maybe this is why, I ended up supporting internationals, neurodiverse individuals and members of LGBTQIA+.

I offer 1-1 and group coaching, workshops at universities and work as a career advisor. My focus is designing a meaningful career, finding your way when you don’t know what you want, and transition from student to work life.
