Mary González Leal is a DEI expert for BIWOC*Rising’s EquiNet project. Mary has been working on DEI—organizational development and anti-discrimination—for almost two decades. As part of the DEI team for the EquiNet project, one of the key tasks is to increase the visibility of entrepreneurs and self-employed people from underrepresented and marginalized groups and to develop needs-based, low-threshold support services. The aim is to break down existing barriers and raise awareness in order to enable structural change together.
