As a coach and founder, I am committed to a future economy and society in which diversity is a matter of course and in which everyone can contribute their skills, cultures and talents and interact effectively with one another. In my work, my goal is to support international teams in working well together and growing together, while also accompanying international professionals on their career paths – whether it’s settling into a new environment, building networks or developing their careers.

I am a certified business and intercultural coach as well as a career coach and have more than 12 years of professional experience in product and marketing in global and regional companies in Germany. As a coach, I support you in your search for an attractive position that matches your talents and skills. To ensure you get off to the best possible start, I will also guide you through the entire application process, for example by helping you develop a job search strategy, write your CV, prepare for interviews and negotiate contracts.

Since 2024, I have been the co-founder and managing director of a social impact company that works with various organisations to support projects that promote international professionals so that they can develop both professionally and personally in Germany.
