Since 2012, I have accompanied over 500 leaders on their journey to their new roles. My specialisation is in the field of communication. Whether for employee motivation, performance reviews, conflict culture or leadership development – I am your point of contact. Word has now spread that business coaching is also possible in a safe space, online and flexibly. I am a member of Welcoming Out and part of the community myself.
It’s not easy to be clear about what you want and to be able to communicate that. Often, criticism comes back. I am an expert in this field and help other people take the first step.
Professional focus: My focus is on leadership development, communication and psychological counselling. I give courses for companies (among other things, addressing the topic of LGBTQA+) and advise prospective managers in the first 100 days of their work.
Topics: Career counselling, application reviews, job interviews, general questions about careers/leadership.
As a coach and founder, I am committed to a future economy and society in which diversity is a matter of course and in which everyone can contribute their skills, cultures and talents and interact effectively with one another. In my work, my goal is to support international teams in working well together and growing together, while also accompanying international professionals on their career paths – whether it’s settling into a new environment, building networks or developing their careers.
I am a certified business and intercultural coach as well as a career coach and have more than 12 years of professional experience in product and marketing in global and regional companies in Germany. As a coach, I support you in your search for an attractive position that matches your talents and skills. To ensure you get off to the best possible start, I will also guide you through the entire application process, for example by helping you develop a job search strategy, write your CV, prepare for interviews and negotiate contracts.
Since 2024, I have been the co-founder and managing director of a social impact company that works with various organisations to support projects that promote international professionals so that they can develop both professionally and personally in Germany.
Professional focus: Career coaching for international professionals in Germany
Topics: Job search strategy, application, reorientation, career change, LinkedIn profile, networking, interviews, applying with AI
Bea Schwaiger is a coach for identity, self-discovery and resilience. She supports Gen Y women and FLINTA* who find themselves caught between expectations, old roles and the desire to truly be themselves. In her coaching sessions, she creates a safe space to guide her clients in their process of finding inner clarity, recognising new opportunities and shaping their own paths – both professionally and privately.
With her background as a psychological counsellor and personal & business coach, Bea works with scientifically based methods in a resource- and solution-oriented manner and with a deep understanding of the challenges facing her generation: pressure to perform and meet expectations, the search for meaning and the question of authenticity in a world full of “shoulds”.
Her approach: away from functioning, towards a life that really suits you. At STICKS & STONES 2026, she wants to encourage people to go their own way: honestly, courageously and in harmony with themselves.
Professional focus: Personal & business coaching & psychological counselling for Generation Y FLINTA
Topics: Identity, self-discovery, reorientation (professional and personal), resilience, empowerment, values
Hannah Sophie Welte works as a business coach and trainer on stress management and potential development. She is particularly committed to helping queer, neurodivergent and highly sensitive people – and knows their perspectives from her own experience. With their diversity of future skills, these people bring a decisive force to the modern world of work: empathy, a sense of complexity, intuition and innovation. In her coaching sessions and workshops, Hannah creates safe, queer- and neuro-inclusive spaces where people can reflect on their stress behaviours and rediscover their own strength. With a warm gaze and creative methods, she supports them in using self-doubt as an opportunity for growth. Hannah lives in Hamburg and prefers to move around by dancing or lip-syncing.
Professional focus: Systemic, resource-oriented and neuro-inclusive coaching
Topics: Stress management, mindfulness & resilience building, personal development & potential development, career management & professional orientation, change situations, self-confidence, self-compassion & self-acceptance, time, self & energy management
I am Ralf Bönder – psychological counsellor and coach, with a background in traditional school service as a teacher, head teacher, inclusion consultant/school inspector; special educational expertise; systemic counselling. My credo has always been: diversity is enriching and not a hindrance.
I use my experience in counselling and coaching settings – optionally with interventions – in a process-oriented manner with people who want to go their own way (self-exploring). My aim is to support and advise them in their desire for change. I offer help for self-help – when a conscious decision for change has been made.
The focus is on the individual or the core of the whole:
Have the courage to live who you are – or: Start living, stop playing.
I enjoy working with people who perceive themselves to be in a state of inner imbalance or in conflict with the outside world. Indicators can be varied and complex – such as conflicts, role ambiguity, self-image, the system in which one finds oneself. The decisive factors here are personal patterns and the individual mindset (self-awareness, self-change, self-acceptance).
The goal of coaching is to uncover the core – with respect and responsibility as your own chairman. Recognise resources. Space for development is created.
Focus areas: Goal setting, personal development, communication, crisis management, change, LGBTQi coaching, role clarity, change of perspective
Location: Rhineland region (Eifel and BN, K, D, Ko) and remote work
Target group: People who strive for change and personal development, support and advise others; who feel and perceive that diversity tends to be a hindrance and requires normative adaptation
