AT STICKS & STONES BERLIN'25

Place advertising and maximize your reach

At this year’s STICKS & STONES in Berlin, there will be many opportunities to place advertising and thus make your brand even more present among SXS visitors. On this page you will find an overview of all advertising opportunities, followed by an online form that you can use to make bookings.

The deadline for ordering is 06.06.2025

  • Advertising space in the Arena event location, indoors and outdoors (see photos below)
  • Placement of a promotional item in the SXS goodie bags
  • Advertising banner in our newsletter (14,000+ subscribers)
  • The advertising materials must be produced independently and at the exhibitor’s own expense.
  • The advertising materials must either be brought along on the set-up day or sent to Arena Berlin as a scheduled delivery. In either case, they must be on site by late afternoon on June 20.
  • If you bring the materials yourself, you can hand them in at the registration counter for exhibitors.

  • The advertising materials will be attached by the organizer.
  • The banners must be made of at least flame-retardant material and comply with building material class B1 according to DIN 4102 or an equivalent classification according to EN 13501 (at least class C-s3, d0).
  • Important information on production:
    B1 – metal eyelets are required for fastening to the wood with cable ties
    H4 – H17: banners are hung from the top of the cable tray and fastened with cable ties. A means of hanging from the top of the advertising space is therefore required.
    H18 – H20: Metal eyelets are required for fastening to the wooden fence with cable ties

Please note that completing and submitting the online form constitutes a binding booking and is valid even without a signature. In order to complete the booking effectively, it is necessary to accept UHLALA Group's General Terms and Conditions by ticking the relevant box. After successful booking you will receive an order overview by e-mail. There is no right of withdrawal.

1. ADVERTISING SPACE ON SITE

2. PROMOTIONAL ITEMS IN THE GOODIE BAGS > 500 - 2.000€
Increase the visibility of your brand among SXS visitors: You can provide us with a promotional item (e.g. pen, key ring, etc.), which we will place in the official goodie bags distributed to visitors.
  • Amount: 500 up to 2.000
  • Cost: 1 € per item per bag
  • Sustainability: Please refrain from using disposable plastic items.
  • Max. weight per item: 200 g
  • Supply:
    • Articles must be on site by 1 p.m. at the latest on the set-up day (20.06.)
    • Either personal delivery or scheduled delivery directly to Arena (see address above)
  • Coordination: After your confirmation we will contact you with the exact delivery details.


3. ADVERTISING BANNER IN OUR NEWSLETTER > 900 €
You have the opportunity to place your advertising banner once in our newsletter (reach: 14,000 subscribers).
Size: 560 x 100 pixels. We will get in touch with you to arrange an appointment.

We kindly point out that the participating organizations will receive an invoice for the agreed conditions after ordering. Payment target: 100% within 14 days. The invoice is sent by e-mail as standard. A processing fee of EUR 50.00 will be charged for subsequent changes to the invoice. All prices quoted are exclusive of statutory VAT.
