Seit 2009 setzen wir uns jeden Tag mit vollem Einsatz für ein buntes Leben in der Arbeitswelt ein. Um das zu erreichen, arbeiten wir als LGBTIQ+ Diversity Expert:innen eng mit Unternehmen und Organisationen zusammen, damit wir gemeinsam Unternehmenskulturen und Arbeitsumfelder nachhaltig und positiv verändern können. Dabei steht das Empowerment von LGBTIQ+ Menschen im Zentrum unserer Arbeit. Und genau dieser Einsatz macht uns zum führenden LGBTIQ+ Social Business.

Crush Kollektiv is a queer-feminist community space in Berlin that hosts free monthly open decks sessions for DJs. This year, their members Aysun and alizé.e will be joining SXS24 to conduct a DJing workshop for beginners.
In this workshop, participants will learn the basics of the art of DJing – how to start out, basic functions of equipment, introduction to music structure and basic mixing techniques (beatmatching, EQing, transitions).

Aysun (they/she) is a DJ, radio host, producer, community organizer and psychotherapist from Berlin. As a genre-fluid DJ, they navigate between dance parties and experimental-DIY spaces with a love for deconstructed club, bass, and ambient sounds.
alizé.e (they/them) is a multidisciplinary creative, based in Berlin. Their work ranges from accessible graphic design, scenography, curation, and community building to DJing. For them, creating a DJ set is akin to storytelling, weaving and blending tracks to evoke a spectrum of emotions in the audience.
