Um das zu erreichen, arbeiten wir als LGBTIQ+ Diversity Expert:innen eng mit Unternehmen und Organisationen zusammen, damit wir gemeinsam Unternehmenskulturen und Arbeitsumfelder nachhaltig und positiv verändern können. Dabei steht das Empowerment von LGBTIQ+ Menschen im Zentrum unserer Arbeit. Und genau dieser Einsatz macht uns zum führenden LGBTIQ+ Social Business.

In this workshop we deal with queer fears. Therefore, we would like to take a closer look at the following questions:
Where and when am I anxoius_scared as a queer person? How are queer fears connected to existing power strutctures? How am I dealing with it? How can I deal with it in a different way? How can we support each other?
We will approach these questions using conversations and methods of bodywork.
This workshop is for all the queers and those interested in the topic.
Blu Doppe is a social justice and radcial diversity trainer, sex educator, NVC mediator, systemic coach and trainer for Theater of the Oppressed. Blu has been giving (online) workshops and coachings on various queer_feminist topics for 9 years, mostly under the name queer_topia*.
