Here you can order furniture for your exhibition booth

Furniture is not included in the booked packages. You can order the listed items of furniture using the form below. These will be delivered directly to your booth on the day of set-up.

The deadline for orders is May 7, 2026.

Note:
Please note that completing and submitting the online form constitutes a binding booking, which is valid even without a signature. To finalise the booking, you must accept the UHLALA Group’s Terms and Conditions by ticking the relevant box. Once the booking has been successfully completed, you will receive an order summary by email. There is no right of withdrawal.

DELIVERY FEES

The following delivery fees for furniture apply:

  • 10,00 EUR (for orders up to and including EUR 50.00)
  • 20,00 EUR (for an order value of 51.00 - 100.00 EUR)
  • 40,00 EUR (with an order value of over 100.00 EUR)

We kindly point out that the participating organizations will receive an invoice for the agreed conditions after ordering. Payment target: 100% within 14 days. The invoice is sent by e-mail as standard. A processing fee of EUR 50.00 will be charged for subsequent changes to the invoice. All prices quoted are exclusive of statutory VAT.
