As there are often misunderstandings on this topic and many are unsure whether they should bring a printed copy of their CV or not: from a data protection perspective, it is entirely acceptable for exhibitors to accept a printed CV on site and review it with you to provide feedback. As long as the document is not retained afterwards, there are no obligations associated with long-term data processing (privacy notices, consents, retention and deletion obligations, etc.). Ideally, you should bring both a printed and a digital version of your CV with you.
