VISITORS

STICKS & STONES has been the leading career festival for the LGBTIQ+ community and beyond for over a decade. We are proud to provide a platform that celebrates diversity and promotes careers. More than 100,000 visitors have already taken part – you too can become part of our community!

Take pictures on site only if all persons in the picture agree.

Yes. If you witness or experience an inappropriate situation, please reach out immediately to the STICKS & STONES Awareness Team on-site and proactively engage with them.

The principle of “first come, first served” applies to all program items. Just come along, but not too late! As soon as the maximum number of participants has been reached, we unfortunately cannot admit any more people.

You can register for both the coaching sessions and the networking sessions directly on site.

For the closing event at Jim & June, you must buy a ticket in advance via Eventbrite.

Our job and career festival also welcomes all straight people, allies and friends of the LGBTIQ+ community. Apart from our LGBTIQ+ topics, you can take away many valuable experiences for yourself personally. By attending, you are also supporting the community and all your friends and family who are part of it.

We recommend the usual range of application folders, CVs, letters of motivation and application flyers. In addition, there is nothing to stop you from providing your LinkedIn profile or other similar professional social media accounts. Some companies offer CV checks. You will find these highlighted on the map.

Have a look at our exhibitors and think about who is relevant for you. Visit your favorites directly on site, or take part in our Talent Pool to get the chance for a one-on-one interview with the exhibitors. Think about questions or topics you would like to discuss and write them down. Don’t be afraid to ask questions about diversity.

We have a zero tolerance policy towards discrimination of any kind. Visitors of STICKS & STONES should feel comfortable, and this regardless of age, ethnic origin and nationality, gender and gender identity, physical and mental abilities, religion and world view, sexual orientation and social origin.
