ADDITIONAL SERVICES FOR EXHIBITORS OF
STICKS & STONES

Here you can book additional services such as drink wristbands, food vouchers and furniture

Additional services are not included in the booked packages. If you would like to order catering for your team or furniture for your exhibition booth, you can do so using the form below. More detailed descriptions of the individual services can be displayed using the small arrow next to the respective headings.

The deadline for ordering is 16.05.2025

The services offered, their prices and other specifications are described in the following form. Please note that completing and submitting the online form constitutes a binding booking and is valid even without a signature. In order to complete the booking effectively, it is necessary to accept the UHLALA Group's General Terms and Conditions by ticking the relevant box. After successful booking you will receive an order overview by e-mail. There is no right of withdrawal.


INVOICE RECIPIENT



1. CATERING

Please let us know how many drink wristbands you would like to book.
You can obtain the following drinks throughout the day from the bar in the hall with a drinks wristband:
Mineral waterer classic/naturell, Apfelschorle, Rhabarberlimonade, ChariTea Mate, Lemonaid Limette / Blutorange, Coca-Cola / Zero, filter coffee, various kinds of tea, beer, alcohol-free beer.
In addition, there will be a coffee station with various coffee specialties for exhibitors in the UHLALA Lounge on the "Empore".

Alternatively, drinks can also be purchased on site on a self-pay basis.
Each wristband is 26,50 €


Please let us know how many food vouchers you would like to book.
There will be two food trucks on site::
Truck  1 - Rostbratwurst / Currywurst / French Fries 
Truck 2 - Dumplings / Thai Curry Bowl / Desserts

All dishes are also available as vegan or vegetarian options. (e.g. vegan sausage, vegan dumplings). If you have any questions about the catering offer, please contact Moritz.

Food voucher: You can order €5 vouchers for the food trucks here. You will receive these from us when you register as an exhibitor on site.

Price examples for one person:
- 5€ voucher: Can be used for smaller dishes such as currywurst, dumplings and muffins.
- 2x5€ voucher: Covers larger meals such as burgers or Thai curry bowls.
- 3x5€ voucher: Enables a complete meal with a side dish. 

Alternatively, meals can also be purchased on site on a self-pay basis.


2. EXHIBITOR PASSES

Please let us know how many additional exhibitor passes you require.
The number of persons who may be present at the stand at any one time depends on the package booked:
CHIEF EXECUTIVE: max. 20, EXECUTIVE: max. 10, SENIOR: max. 6, JUNIOR: max. 4, BEGINNER: max. 2

If you bring additional stand personnel with you, you can purchase additional exhibitor passes at a price of EUR 20 each.


3. PHOTO SERVICE

Would you like to use our photo service?
After STICKS & STONES, you will receive 15-20 pictures of your booth that you can use for your advertising and marketing measures. The pictures will be taken by professional photographers.


4. FURNITURE

Please select the desired furniture from the respective furniture catalog
When selecting the furniture, please note the number of square meters of your booking (i.e. package size plus any additional stand space booked separately):

CHIEF EXECUTIVE: 20sqm
EXECUTIVE: 9sqm
SENIOR: 6sqm
JUNIOR: 4sqm
BEGINNER: 2sqm

Delivery fees

We charge the following delivery fees for furniture:

  • 10,00 EUR (for orders up to and including EUR 50.00)
  • 20,00 EUR (for an order value of 51.00 - 100.00 EUR)
  • 40,00 EUR (with an order value of over 100.00 EUR)

We kindly point out that the participating organizations will receive an invoice for the agreed conditions after ordering. Payment target: 100% within 14 days. The invoice is sent by e-mail as standard. A processing fee of EUR 50.00 will be charged for subsequent changes to the invoice. All prices quoted are exclusive of statutory VAT.
