We are delighted that you are joining us and supporting our vision. On this page, we provide you with the most important information to make your contribution a success. We draw on the experience we have gained over the last fifteen years and would like to share this with you.

Consent to the use of images & pool of contributors: I consent to UHLALA GmbH using the photos I have submitted, as well as any photographs and video footage of me taken at STICKS & STONES 2027, free of charge and for an unlimited period. The material will be used with attribution on the websites, social media channels and in print media (flyers/posters) of the events and UHLALA GmbH for marketing and follow-up purposes. I confirm that I hold the rights to the photos I have submitted and that I am not infringing any third-party rights. Withdrawal & Pool: I may withdraw this consent at any time with future effect by emailing angelina@uhlala.com. Upon withdrawal, online content will be deleted; any promotional materials already printed may be used up. My data will be stored in the contributers’ pool for future event enquiries for a maximum of 2 years (or until withdrawal) and will be deleted thereafter.

1. SCHEDULE

STICKS & STONES will take place on 30. January 2027 from 10:00 to 17:00 in the Palladium Cologne.

The lecture programme will take place from 11:00 to 17:00.

Timetable:

10:00: Doors open to visitors
11:00 – 17:00: Supporting programme
17:00: End of the programme

2. CHECK YOUR SLOT

We have already sent you your slot via email.

The final schedule will be published here shortly.

Please note that the actual speaking time on stage is 25 minutes (or 55 minutes for one-hour slots). As a rule, we end each slot five minutes early to ensure a smooth set-up and a punctual start to the next item on the programme. Please make sure your talk is neither too short nor too long, and that you stick to the allotted time.

Please check in at our registration desk no later than 30 minutes before your contribution begins. There, you will receive all the information you need about the rest of the programme. You can leave jackets or bags free of charge at the cloakroom on the ground floor. Angelina will welcome you and accompany you to your stage/workshop-room. A stage manager will be on hand to assist you at the stage.

5. DEADLINE 21. JANUARY: SEND US YOUR SLIDES IN ADVANCE

This information applies to all speakers who give their presentation with presentation slides!

Please send us your presentation slides in advance by e-mail. Preferably as early as possible. The last possible date is 21 January 2027 at 18:00!
On the day of the fair we will use Windows PCs. We need your presentation as a PDF file. (Screen format: 16:9 widescreen)
