We are delighted that you are joining us and supporting our vision. On this page, we provide you with the most important information to make your contribution a success. We draw on the experience we have gained over the last fifteen years and would like to share this with you.
STICKS & STONES and the Unicorns in Tech Summit will take place on 06. June 2026 from 10:00 to 17:00 in the Uber Eats Music Hall Berlin.
The lecture programme will take place from 11:00 to 17:00.
Timetable:
10:00: Doors open to visitors
11:00 – 17:00: Supporting programme
17:00: End of the programme
We have already sent you your slot via email.
The final schedule will be published here shortly.
Please note that the actual speaking time on stage is 25 minutes (or 55 minutes for one-hour slots). As a rule, we end each slot five minutes early to ensure a smooth changeover and that the next item on the programme starts on time.
Please check in at our registration desk no later than 30 minutes before your contribution begins. There, you will receive all the information you need about the rest of the programme. You can leave jackets or bags free of charge at the cloakroom on the ground floor. Angelina will welcome you and accompany you to your stage/workshop-room. A stage manager will be on hand to assist you at the stage.

This information applies to all speakers who give their presentation with presentation slides!
Please send us your presentation slides in advance by e-mail. Preferably as early as possible. The last possible date is 27 May 2026 at 18:00!
On the day of the fair we will use Windows PCs. We need your presentation as a PDF file. (Screen format: 16:9 widescreen)
Workshops: There will be no screen in the Workshop-Room. Workshops are on a first-come, first serve basis (maximum 20 participants). You will welcome attendees in, guide them to their seats and when all seats are taken, you can change the sign on the door to “closed” and close the door. Be mindful of the time so that you do not go over into the next session’s time.
