We are the AHA-Berlin, one of the oldest queer organisations in Berlin (built in 1974) and are based in Berlin-Schöneberg. We work entirely on a voluntary basis, are organised on a grassroots democratic basis and are financed solely through donations, membership fees and income from the sale of drinks at our events. Our events include not only drag and queer shows, poetry slams, comedy, games evenings, group meetings, cafés, etc., but also panel discussions, talks and much more. We see ourselves as an open platform for the entire queer community and as a conduit for various LGBTIQA+ projects throughout the city. As a self-determined project, the AHA is also an ideal place to realise yourself in a variety of ways, contribute new ideas and try things out. Lesbian* in the workplace A mentoring programme, workshops and networking for more lesbian* visibility in the workplace: empowerment for your professional goals, exchange and groups on topics such as job search, coming out at work or developing diversity strategies. The next L@work mentoring programme will start in spring 2025 – join us if you want to change your professional situation or pass on your experience as a mentor. A project by LIFE Bildung Umwelt Chancengleichheit Berlin. The project is funded by the Senate Department for Labour, Social Affairs, Equality, Integration, Diversity and Anti-Discrimination.
Lesben* Leben Familie (LesLeFam) e.V. represents the interests of queer FLINTA* (queer women, lesbians, inter*, non-binary, trans* and agender people) of all ages in politics and society and is an active part of the queer community. Through our programmes, activities and campaigns, we improve the visibility, participation and acceptance of queer FLINTA* and rainbow families – across generations and regardless of identity and life plans as well as family forms. We also show solidarity with all queer people, stand up for sexual and gender diversity and are an active part of the queer community. We stand for a queer-feminist, anti-fascist, intersectional, anti-racist and inclusive stance.
Queermentor is a non-profit organisation that supports people from the LGBTQIA+ community in their professional and personal development through 1:1 mentoring free of charge. Through regular training, workshops and hybrid networking formats, Queermentor creates an inclusive and safe space for its members to exchange ideas, network and empower themselves.

ALICE, the career network for LGBTIQ+ lawyers, has been connecting law firms, LGBTIQ+ activists and over 700 law students, trainee lawyers and law professionals since 2015. Together, we are committed to an inclusive and diversity-friendly legal world, law firm culture and society. Among other things, ALICE offers mentoring programs for professional and personal development, job offers and networking opportunities. With its #GesichtZeigen campaign, ALICE has been setting an example for openness and diversity in the legal sector since 2020 by presenting LGBTIQ+ lawyers as #outandproud role models for the community. ALICE’s supporter program also enables companies and law firms to actively contribute to the promotion of diversity and inclusion in the legal world and to visibly advocate for the interests of the LGBTIQ+ community.
