VISITORS

Yes, tickets for the festival and the supporting programme are free of charge. Boat tours, the DJ workshop and the Drag Energy workshop are the only events that cost admission. You can find tickets HERE under ‘Add-ons” or ‘Zusatzartikel’.

Our queer job and career festival welcomes all allies and friends of the LGBTIQ+ community. Apart from our LGBTIQ+ topics, you can take away many valuable experiences for yourself personally. By attending, you are also supporting the community and all your friends and family members who are part of it.

On the one hand, we recommend the usual range of application folders, CVs, letters of motivation or application flyers. There is also nothing to stop you from providing your LinkedIn profile or other similar professional social media accounts. Some companies offer CV checks. You will find these highlighted on the map of the fair.

Take a look at our exhibitors and think about who is relevant for you. Make appointments with your favourites or secure individual interviews via the Talent Pool to shorten your waiting times. Think about questions or topics you would like to discuss and write them down. Don’t be afraid to ask questions about diversity.

Business look? Not with us! Our motto: Come as you are. We want you to feel comfortable and be yourself, because that’s the only way to come across as authentic.

We have 4 different coaches per day who offer individual coaching sessions. Here you can discuss questions about professional and private topics in a 1:1 conversation. Each session lasts 30 minutes.

We also offer group coaching twice a day. Here, a fixed topic is dealt with together with a coach. The group consists of a maximum of 15 people. The duration is 1.5 hours.

You can register for both programmes on site in the coaching area. But you should hurry, as places are limited.

Prior registration is only necessary for the networking events and the boat. For all other programme items, you can simply drop by or register on site (e.g. the coaching sessions), but here it’s first come, first served.
